Flower market outing

Today I bit the bullet and decided I would brave the crowds of Mong Kok and Prince Edward markets in Kowloon. I wanted to purchase flowers to make a festive feel and scene in our home. There is nothing more beautiful than the sight and smell of fresh flowers. After looking at hundreds of beautiful flowers I opted for a little eccentric flower display for the home.

I also bought red carnations which I love and they always last so well.

I wandered along the fresh flower market snapping away at the scenes, I hope you enjoy my trip to the market through the photos.

In this area is also a street that sells fish and fish food, here are a few pics of the street.

There are also lots of food street vendors selling delicious street snacks.

And some people just work to hard! This gentleman has had enough and is having a little nap at his stall.
